I use trusted service providers to run my business. They only process your data on my instructions.

Does this website use cookies?
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages people read and how they found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. It doesn't tell me who you are. Google processes this data on my behalf and may store it outside the UK. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address. This website doesn't use advertising cookies.
HubSpot also sets cookies to count visits and see which pages people read. If you fill in a form on this website, HubSpot can link your earlier visits to the details you gave me. HubSpot processes this data on my behalf and stores it in the EU.
Google Analytics and HubSpot cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
What are your rights?
Under UK GDPR you have the right to
- ask for a copy of your personal data
- ask me to correct data that is wrong
- ask me to delete your data
- ask me to limit how I use your data
- object to how I use your data
- ask me to move your data to another provider
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter
To use any of these rights, email me at justyna@modernexpertlab.com. I'll reply within one month.
How can you make a complaint?
If you're unhappy with how I use your data, please contact me first so I can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Will this policy change?
I may update this policy when my services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
